How to book your stay:
Call the Hotel
at the number indicated in the following directory listing. (Do not call hotels' Central Reservation number) You must identify yourself as an "Entertainment® Member."

® Discount: As a member, participating hotels will offer you a discount of Up To 50% off the full-priced
(rack) room rate or 10% off Best Available Rate (available to the general public), whichever provides the greater value- *subject to Entertainment® Direct to Hotel Program room availability. Discounts vary by hotel.
The "$" indicates the hotel's full-priced (rack) room rate before the discount.
$ = $30-$60** $$ = $61-$100** $$$$ = $101-$150** $$$$ = $151+**

Program Room Availability:
The Entertainment® rate is available for a select number of rooms at each hotel or until a participating hotel expects to
reach a level of occupancy whereby they can no longer accept any further discounted bookings, including the Entertainment rate. (generally once the
hotel projects to be 80% full)
If "R14" or "R30" appear in the listing, reservations will only be accepted when made
within 14 or 30 days of arrival.
Confirm Your Reservation
and discounted room rate by asking for a confirmation number at the time
of the reservation. Be sure to ask for the hotel's policy on deposits, cancellations and late arrival guarantees. Entertainment Publications, LLC does
not control the hotel's management policy.
Advance reservations are required to use the Entertainment
®
Direct to Hotel Program.
Check In
and present your Entertainment® Membership Card or Online Certificate along with your confirmation number.
Information You Need to Know

Your up to 50% discount applies to the hotel's rack rate (the hotel's maximum published rate that all rates are discounted from), based on single
or double occupancy. If you have additional person in your room, an extra-person charge may apply.

Please note: Some hotels may no longer have a published rack rate. In that case, you may receive 10% off the best available rate at the time of
booking subject to availability.

Remaining flexible with your travel dates may offer the greatest opportunity for the Entertainment® rate. Discounts may not be available for
every night of your stay, especially if traveling during peak seasons, holiday weeks, New Year's Eve, conventions or special events such as Mardi
Gras & major sporting events.

If the Entertainment® rate is not available, check alternate dates, call back closer to your travel date, or contact other hotels listed for
that area.

Entertainment® Direct to Hotel Program rates do not apply to walk-ins, group/convention rates, packages, travel agency
bookings, special amenities, taxes/fees, meal plans or any rates found on the Internet, and cannot be combined with any other discount rate
programs.

Hotels offering discounts on "any room" may exclude special room types such as suites and premium rooms.

Only one room can be discounted per Entertainment® Membership Card and the card is non-transferable.

Hotels participate in the program on an individual basis. You must call the number indicated for the hotel in the listings and state that you are
an "Entertainment® Member" to be eligible for the Entertainment rate, if available. Direct
to Hotel Program rates are not available by calling the hotels Central Reservation number.

Again, advance reservations are required
and you must present your Entertainment® Membership Card or Online Certificate with your confirmation number at check-in to obtain your
discount.
Changes beyond our control may affect the information as listed. Please note that Entertainment Publications, LLC cannot guarantee the level of

Click on the icon for your selected hotel and follow the easy instructions. You will be shown the Retail Price as well as the amount of Hotel Bucks that you may redeem towards your stay. Once the transaction is confirmed, provide your major credit card to cover the remaining unpaid balance after redeeming your Hotel Bucks. The amount of Hotel Bucks that you have redeemed is then deducted from your account balance. |

Getaroom.com guarantees that if you find a lower qualifying rate for the same accommodation and room type within 24 hours of booking, Getaroom.com will either, or at their option, refund the difference between what you paid and the lower rate, or refund the reservation with no penalties.
A qualifying rate is a rate from another US based travel web site that satisfies the Terms of Use of booking, as determined by getaroom. You must have booked and prepaid for a reservation on the Site, and claim the guarantee before the cancellation deadline of the hotel. This guarantee applies to the rate before any taxes or fees.
