Standard delivery may take 10-14 business days from the time your order is placed online. You can check your shipping confirmation email for tracking information. If you haven't received your shipment after the 15th day, please contact our Customer Service team online so they can determine the status of your order and ensure that it's quickly on its way to your door. When submitting your inquiry, please include your order number. |

When will my credit card be charged? |

Your credit card is charged when your book(s) have been shipped. You will receive an e-mail notifying you that your order has shipped, which will confirm the amount you have been charged. The e-mail will also contain your order ID, which you should reference if you have any questions about your order.
Prior to Renewal Book shipments in August, we do a pre-authorization check on the credit cards. This is a standard business practice (often used by gas stations, rental car companies, hotels, etc.) to ensure that the credit card we securely stored for reuse is active and up to date. This is just a temporary hold of $1 on the credit card, and it will fall off automatically in a day or so. Money is not deducted from the card, there is no fee for this sort of transaction. If there is an issue with your credit card, we will contact you with details. |
